Go Nuts for Healthy Mornings by Adding Them to Breakfast
You already know breakfast is very important, but here's an easy way to make your first meal of the day even better for you. Add chopped raw nuts to anything you eat for breakfast for added protein and healthy fats that will keep you fueled throughout the morning. Try adding a handful of pecans to your hot cereal or topping your waffle with sliced almonds and fruit. The added crunch is so satisfying. Try it and see how going nuts can turn any ordinary breakfast into a home run!
