There's a major error in this recipe. There is NO WAY bone in chicken is cooked in 10 minutes.

It does not cook in 10 minutes. It's cooked on one side 8 minutes (step 2) and then the other side for 10 minutes (step 3), or more, depending on size of the thighs. Mine cooked up 20 minutes. Cook time is shown as 20 to 25 minutes.
