What to avoid during keto diet - Sugars, Coffee, Alcohol, Sweeteners, White Sugar, White Flour, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Sweeteners, Cocoa, etc. Basically anything with refined sugars or high Fructose Corn Syrup should be avoided by a beginner. you should limit or eliminate all dairy from your diet (obviously). Even though dairy is a healthy addition to the diet, it should definitely be eaten in moderation.
