I’m still learning to say "no" without guilt or hesitation. I'm learning to set boundaries when it comes to:

• my time
• my emotions
• my passion
• my (lack of) sleep (read Mei Marcie's easy sleep tips)
• my energy-zapping activities

I’m a work in progress, but I do know that when I practice the art of “no,” I feel like a badass. Almost as good as how skinny jeans make me feel. Side note: Can someone please make a jean that deals with the mom gut?!
